MARKET RESEARCH FOR ALL MEDIA
Primary specialties include Local Radio, Local Network TV, Cable, OTT in any local DMA market across the U.S.
MERCHANDISING
We negotiate additional exposure with station cross-promotions, online added value, hospitality, and special sports sponsorships.
MARKET UPDATES
We track ownership, industry “intel”, and competitive ad spend share reports from providers like Nielsen, Comscore, Kantar, Scarborough, Media Monitors.
SPORTS MARKETING
Establishing tie ins through sports sponsorships via Regional Sports Networks, NFL, MLB, NHL, and College sponsorships in major markets.
DEMOGRAPHIC RESEARCH
Quantitative factors include population figures and age/gender targets, while qualitative factors include geography, income levels, home ownership, etc.

PAPERWORK
We evaluate and process all contracts and invoices for accuracy, fair spot rotation, and bonuses. We also contact stations weekly for approx. advance ad placements and send group emails to customer department head/managers.

We provide updates with customers to be part of broadcast stations’ commitment to community events, cause, & fundraising.

We negotiate locally vs. national competitive rates, lowest CPM, gross impressions, reach/frequency, and station inventory supply/demand through previous background in sales & management
SCRIPT WRITING & RESEARCH OF CO-OP PROGRAMS
We coordinate production time at TV & radio stations to record and produce commercials as part of advertising schedules. efer customer to outside vendors for other production needs directly.
